Labelbox Raises $100M Series E at $1.25B Value

Labelbox has raised more than $100 million in Series E financing to advance its reinforcement learning platform and managed AI agents for enterprises, the San Francisco company announced on October 14. The round, led by Infinitum Partners with participation from Andreessen Horowitz, Wipro Ventures, B Capital, Tau Ventures, and Snowpoint Ventures, combines equity with a credit facility and values the company at $1.25 billion before the new money.

Labelbox says it now serves more than 400 customers, including over 90% of leading U.S. AI labs, and reached profitability this year while growing more than fivefold year over year. The new capital will accelerate two products: Horizon, which gives frontier labs simulated environments to train and evaluate models, and Recursion Managed Agents, which lets enterprises deploy agent fleets that work inside business applications and improve with each run.

The raise underscores where AI investment is flowing: not just bigger models, but the infrastructure that trains them. Frontier systems like Gemini and DeepSeek depend on exactly this kind of reinforcement learning loop, while coding agents such as Cursor show how agents that learn from real tasks are becoming central to software work.

“Every company will soon run on AI systems that learn from their own work,” said CEO and co-founder Manu Sharma, adding that access to computing power will be central to the company’s next chapter.
