Enterprise AI startup RapidCanvas has raised $29 million in a Series B funding round led by Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia & India. Hitachi Ventures joined the round alongside existing investors Accel, Peak XV Partners, Valley Capital Partners, and Titanium Ventures, bringing the company’s total funding to $52.5 million.
RapidCanvas helps businesses deploy AI applications at scale by pairing a software platform with field engineers who work directly with customers. The platform captures business processes and institutional knowledge, supports application development with reusable code, and manages AI systems after deployment. Its customers are typically enterprises with $100 million to $10 billion in annual revenue that have executive backing for AI but lack the in-house expertise to implement it.
The company says its annual recurring revenue grew eightfold over the past six quarters. More than 40% of its customers now run multiple AI applications in production, and in 2026 alone, over 75 enterprises across manufacturing, financial services, retail, and infrastructure made 1.4 million AI-driven decisions through applications built on the platform.
The new capital will fund expanded sales operations, larger engineering teams in the US, Brazil, and India, and deeper partnerships with private equity firms and advisers who can introduce the platform to portfolio companies.
As adoption of tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini accelerates, the real test for enterprises is turning experimentation into production systems — exactly the gap RapidCanvas aims to fill. For a broader look at choosing AI software, see our AI Tool Buyer’s Guide.
