Enterprise AI startup AuxoAI has raised $20.7 million in a Series A round led by NTTVC, the Silicon Valley venture firm backed by Japanese technology group NTT. The company plans to use the money to grow its global team of forward-deployed engineers, invest in its technology, and expand its strategic partnerships.
AuxoAI’s pitch is a services-led one. Rather than selling a standalone tool and hoping customers adopt it, its teams of AI strategists and engineers embed directly with enterprise clients, study how work actually happens, capture the company’s institutional knowledge, and build production AI systems around real workflows. The company says it has worked with more than 40 clients across manufacturing, consumer goods, healthcare, and telecommunications, including healthcare technology firm athenahealth and restaurant chain Fogo de Chão.
At the center of that delivery model is Damia, AuxoAI’s proprietary workbench, which codifies knowledge from past deployments so new projects can move faster. The round also brought in strategic investors and advisors including George Still Jr. of Norwest Venture Partners, ServiceNow’s Amit Zavery, and Charlesbank’s Giacomo Sonnino — names that underline the company’s enterprise ambitions.
The funding lands as large companies shift from AI experiments to production deployments, a gap AuxoAI is betting it can close with people as much as software. AuxoAI is also an AI-native Google Gemini Enterprise transformation partner and an AWS advanced-tier partner, positioning it alongside the platforms enterprises already run on, including Gemini, Cursor, and Codex.
