fileAI Partners With AWS on Finance AI Agents

fileAI has signed a strategic collaboration agreement with Amazon Web Services to bring a new suite of AI agents to banking, financial services, and insurance leaders. The agents are designed to complete critical operational workflows, not just assist with them, a distinction the company says matters for regulated industries.

At the center of the offering is fileForge, the fileAI data intelligence platform. It turns enterprise files into trusted, governed intelligence for AI workflows, pairing repeatable skills with business context so complex processes can run through to completion. Built on Amazon Bedrock and available through AWS Marketplace, it gives customers in Asia and the United States direct access to the agents with AWS security, scale, and infrastructure behind them.

Two recent innovations support that approach. fileScout maps files ahead of extraction, helping route models efficiently and reduce token use. fileForensics surfaces fraud signals directly into the processing pipeline, so only clean, relevant, fraud-checked data reaches the workflow. For AWS customers, the company says the result is faster cycle times, fewer exceptions, and less manual rework, with the governance and traceability that regulated organizations require.

The collaboration follows investment in August from SMBC Asia Rising Fund and Singtel Innov8, alongside the debut of fileScout, and a June partnership with JRE Ventures supporting expansion in Japan. As enterprise AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini raise expectations for everyday work, fileAI is aiming at a narrower test: whether AI can finish messy, document-heavy financial work to an auditable standard.
