AI-Run Investor Websites Launch for $299 a Month

Miami-based Widgets and Web has launched AI-operated investor relations websites for public companies, offering complete, custom IR sites designed, built, and maintained through AI-driven operations at a fixed price of 299 dollars per month, billed annually. The company says its operations run entirely on AI with zero employees, an operating model it describes as a first for the investor relations website industry.

Each site includes live stock price data, automated SEC filings pulled from EDGAR, press release feeds, investor email alerts, corporate governance pages, and presentations and events sections. Sites are built for ADA and WCAG accessibility compliance, and the subscription covers design, hosting, security monitoring, and unlimited updates and support, with no setup fees or per-change charges.

Every site is built, hosted, and controlled on Widgets and Web own proprietary platform, with no WordPress, PHP, or third-party content management systems to maintain. The company says this removes the upkeep and plugin maintenance that come with third-party platforms, and it delivers the first draft of a new IR website within 24 hours of sign-up.

The pitch is aimed squarely at public companies tired of agency retainers and five-figure design bills for sites whose visitors mainly want accurate, current information. Widgets and Web already serves more than 500 public companies, SPACs, and IPO-stage firms. For smaller teams weighing their options, website builders such as Webflow, Wix, and Durable offer AI-assisted site creation too, but none are purpose-built for investor relations. Whether a fully AI-operated model can match the judgment of a human IR team will be the real test as these sites go live.
